Membership requests are made by contacting our team. The team may request information needed for application and verification. Cards are not generated automatically online.

3. Card Pricing

The listed prices are Health Card ₹120 and Gold Card ₹200. Confirm the current applicable price with our team before payment.

4. Membership Benefits

Benefits are available only at participating establishments. Discounts, eligible products or services, exclusions and availability are determined by each partner and may vary.

5. Participating Establishments

A category description does not mean every establishment in that category participates. Confirm partner participation and the current offer before purchase or treatment.

6. Membership Card Usage

Use the card according to the instructions provided by Aapla Sarthi and the participating establishment. Sample images displayed online are not valid membership cards.

7. Limitation of Liability

Healthcare and other services are provided by independent providers. Aapla Sarthi does not control their professional decisions, prices, quality or availability.

8. Changes to Services

Services, partners and prices may change. We will update website information as practicable.

9. Refunds and Validity
